Intended Use
The PB19 PCR Kit is designed for the qualitative detection of Parvovirus B19 (PB19) DNA in human EDTA plasma obtained from blood donations.
The PB19 PCR Kit is intended for screening human plasma samples from individual donors or pooled human plasma samples made up from 2 to 96 individual donations.
The PB19 PCR Kit is intended for use with the Applied BiosystemsTM 7500 Real-Time PCR System or with the Roche LightCycler® 480 II real-time PCR system in conjunction with GFE’s autoX-System. The kit must only be used with the appropriate accessory kits supplied by GFE.
